Toyota Gatineau is looking for a Business Development Agent.

Main tasks:
· Respond to online customer inquiries
· Guide customers through their vehicle purchasing process
· Solicit customers to schedule an in-store appointment
· Confirm appointments with representatives
· Follow up closely with customers
· Respond to online chats
Candidates must provide personalized service worthy of the highest industry standards. In addition, they will be required to advise, guide, and assist customers throughout the process of scheduling an appointment with an advisor.
Requirements:
· Have customer service experience (automotive an asset)
· Present yourself professionally by phone and email
· Be comfortable dealing with customers
· Speak professionally, in both French and English (bilingualism required)
· Provide outstanding customer service
· Have good sales skills
· Be organized and autonomous
· Be punctual, diligent, and reliable
· Be able to identify and address priorities and be an active listener

Full-time 40 hours/week
Flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday / days-evenings
Salary $40,000 - $60,000 (Commissions)
