Toyota Gatineau is looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers to join our administrative team.
If you like making sure everything balances, deadlines motivate you rather than stress you out, and you understand how important accurate and timely payroll is, we would like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
You will play an important role in the smooth operation of our business by:
- Preparing and processing payroll accurately and on time;
- Verifying hours worked, vacation time, leaves, bonuses, commissions, and other adjustments;
- Processing source deductions and ensuring compliance with government requirements;
- Preparing payroll-related statements and reports;
- Assisting with the preparation of T4s, Relevé 1 slips, and other annual payroll obligations;
- Responding to employee payroll questions with professionalism and discretion;
- Keeping employee records accurate and up to date;
- Collaborating with the accounting department and managers;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.

✔ You have training in accounting, administration, payroll management, or a related field;
✔ You have experience in a similar position;
✔ You are comfortable working with payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
✔ You have excellent organizational skills;
✔ You pay close attention to detail;
✔ You understand the importance of confidentiality at all times;
✔ You are able to work independently while also enjoying being part of a team;
✔ You are known for your professionalism and excellent internal customer service.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Salary : $40 000 to $52 000$ per year
