As part of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic Toyota Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and professionally upon arrival at the service center.
- Listen to and understand the customer's needs related to the maintenance or repair of their Toyota vehicle.
- Clearly explain the work to be performed, the estimated costs, and deadlines.
- Open work orders and follow up with technicians.
- Communicate with the customer to update them on the progress of the work or obtain additional authorizations.
- Promote recommended maintenance according to Toyota standards and the vehicle maintenance schedule.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a technical advisor or in automotive customer service (a strong asset).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Good knowledge of mechanics and vehicle systems (Toyota training or experience with the brand is an asset).
- Knowledge of IT service management tools (Serti, Reynolds & Reynolds, or others) is an asset.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate interpersonal skills, thoroughness, reliability, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
